A brief biography about Ben Mayerson

We will be blogging here until we open our new website at pottstownlawyer.com, and the first thing we would like to do is talk a little about Ben Mayerson.

Benjamin Mayerson, better known as Ben, is a skillful, trustworthy personal injury lawyer who provides outstanding legal representation to the residents of Chester County and clients across the country. Ben's specialty lies in automobile and third-party personal injury law. He has extensive experience helping injured people resolve problems related to medical bills, lost income, collision loss, third-party liability insurance, and first-party uninsured and underinsured motorist protection. In addition to providing expert advice and representation in these specialty areas, Ben has a gift for evaluating, negotiating, and – if necessary – litigating matters involving serious injury and loss, including spinal cord injuries and wrongful death.

Ben is also passionate about resolving disputes with insurance companies, especially when families from local areas such as King of Prussia are involved. A skilled personal injury lawyer with 10 years of litigation experience, Ben understands that disputes can range from simple misunderstandings to deceptive and fraudulent conduct committed by unscrupulous insurance company representatives. As an Officer of the Court with 10 years of litigation experience, Ben understands how insurance operates at the claim level and the necessary measures that must be taken when an insurance company fails to conduct itself in good faith.

After earning his bachelor's degree, cum laude, in Philosophy and Psychology with a minor in English Literature from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 1991, Ben earned his Doctorate of Jurisprudence in 1994 from Widener University School of Law.

Certified to practice law before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, Ben is also a member of the American Trial Lawyers Association, the Pennsylvania Association of Trial Lawyers, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, and the Chester County Bar Association.

Raised in northwestern Chester County, Ben now resides with his wife and three children in South Coventry Township, Chester County, Pennsylvania.
